Terms & Conditions – Photo by Daniya

These terms outline the agreement between me (Photo by Daniya) and the client. By booking a photoshoot, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings

• You can book your session via the contact form on my website or by sending me a message on Instagram.

• Once the date is confirmed, we’ll agree on the payment method.

Payments

• A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the session price is required to secure your booking for standard sessions.

• For studio sessions, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the session price is required, as this covers the studio rental.

• At the moment, online payments through the website are not activated. Deposits can be paid via bank transfer or Revolut.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot, in cash or via transfer.

3. Rescheduling or Cancellation

• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let me know as soon as possible.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if agreed.

• If you fail to attend your session without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Delivery of Photos

• A preview gallery will be delivered within 5 business days.

• Final edited photos are delivered within 2–3 weeks, depending on the package.

• All photos are delivered digitally.

5. Copyright

• All photos are the intellectual property of Photo by Daniya.

• You may share, print, and use the photos for personal purposes.

• Selling, modifying, or using the photos for commercial purposes without my consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Use of Photos

• Photos may be used in my portfolio, on social media, or on my website unless we agree otherwise.
