Basic technical data collected by Squarespace for security and performance (IP address, device, browser, cookies).
If you book a session, we store booking details to organise your shoot and deliver your gallery. Online payments on the website are not activated yet.

How we use your data

To reply to enquiries, schedule sessions and deliver images.
To keep the site secure and understand basic traffic (analytics).
We do not sell your data. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent.

Consent; performance of a contract (when you book); legitimate interests (security, basic analytics).

Data sharing / processors
We use trusted service providers to run this website and deliver files, such as Squarespace (hosting/analytics) and if used, online gallery/file-delivery services. They process data on our behalf under data protection agreements.

Enquiry emails: up to 12 months. Client/booking records: up to 6 years for admin/tax (or as required by law). You can request deletion where applicable.
